CPO XC60

(US) Hey all, I am looking at a 2025 XC60 Plus with 18k miles. They price it at 33,500 I think it is a good valie considering it might be negotiated down potentially, anyone have bought CPO for XC60? Any fees or extras I should be aware of? Thanks in advance. Also is the extended 5 year warranty already included on the price or you pay for that
