I love this game. Im not hating to hate
But some things in this game are just a marvel of trash game design. The fact that you have to be a certain distance for your pokeballs to work when in even the last legends game you were pretty well encouraged to snipe pokemon with balls is beyond frustrating. Compiling onto that frustration is the insane combination of how tight and dense the landscapes are, how little room there is to hide, and how insanely untra hyper aggressive every single pokemon is. Not only can you not even attempt to catch pokemon from a distance, but to close in you have to avoid being spotted and demolished by the 16 other pokemon that all know your exact location and want to destroy you while you attempt to stalk up your target pokemon, try not to alert it while getting your front and back end blown out by three zillion other pokemon, and ONCE YOU GET THERE, THE POKEMON YOU WANT SUDDENLY TURNS AROUND AND STARTS JOINING IN ON THE RIVER DANCE ON YOUR CORPSE. Why can we JUST NOT THROW POKEBALLS FROM MORE THAN 4 FEET AWAY? And why does every pokemon need to be so aggressive?? Why is Pumpkaboo so dangerous aggressive? Is there really no room for passive pokemon in this game?
