Can women date femboys?

Price sorry if this is invasive or offensive. So... today I was talking to a friend who is a femboy and he told me that he liked a girl, and instead of asking me if he liked girls and if femboys only liked men (which is VERY OFFENSIVE and invasive, that's why I didn't ask)

I was wondering if femboys just have a preference for men? Or is it just saying that just because he's a femboy he only likes men??
