ATI during first week of core

Hi everyone, I don’t mean to sound dumb, but I’m in my first term of core (going into week 2), and I’m struggling a bit with ATI. I’ve been doing the modules and reading the chapters, but when I take the post-tests, my scores don’t match what I feel like I studied or the topic is patient care. The questions feel like a whole different language, especially the patient care ones. I know some of the material, but I’m not scoring high enough since I don’t know much about patient care, and I’m starting to worry about the proctored exams coming up. If anyone has any advice or study tips that helped you get used to ATI or improve your scores, I would really appreciate it. Thank you so much
