orilissa?

hi everyone, apologies if this question is not allowed but i’m just very nervous and don’t know where else to ask. i have very severe endo and the growths on my ovaries keep growing, on my right ovary the growth is 11cm and on the left it is 5cm. I was on Visanne, both non-contraceptive and then progesterone only contraceptive, and i had horrible experiences, it made me bleed non-stop, i literally did not have a cycle for 6 or so months until i decided to stop it. since then, I’m very nervous and wary of trying new treatments. stupidly, i thought i could manage my symptoms without any treatment for some time, but the growths just got worse. now my gyno prescribed orilissa, which is from my understanding not a hormone therapy per-se, it affects and suppresses estrogen to manage endo. after reading about all the side effects, I’m very worried to start taking it, and putting my body through uncertainty again. sorry for the rant, but does anyone have experience with taking orilissa and how is it? thank you 💖
