Hidden gems in South Goa?

Me and my partner are planning a short trip to Goa from Kochi. We’ve already been there a few years ago and covered most of the usual tourist spots. This time, we’d love to explore some hidden treasures, not crowded beaches, beautiful scenic places, peaceful cafés, and offbeat experiences, mainly around South Goa. Any suggestions are welcome!
