Is it better to get Kitten Engineers or Get Lucky? Both seem like good upgrades, especially considering i click a lot of golden cookies.

I see a couple posts asking similar questions, and I’m thinking Engineers is better for more overall CpS but Get Lucky can help with Frenzies and Click Frenzies.
