Need help understanding the ending of route 0 -spoilers-

This has probably been discussed before but I recently got all endings of this game. I had alot of fun but when the group finally all survived and made their way back to the satellite it reminded me of how the first 100 days ended.

Tsumino went back in time to save everyone but just when he did the shuttle came back with a recording of the rest of the gang warning him not to go back on time and how bad things were up in the satellite.

As far as I remember in the other routes this is never addressed. My only thought is that the kids are all clones of the people of Futurum and maybe the goverment decided to eliminate the kids now that their usefulness is over. What does everyone else think, or maybe even know, about this sequence in the timeline. There were a few endings were they talked about new lives or new beginnings back in the complex but we never saw anything.
