Imtiaz apartments in Dubai Land with balcony jacuzzi — worth it or not?

Good day everyone! I noticed that Imtiaz is now offering apartments in Dubai Land with a small jacuzzi or plunge pool built into the balcony. It looks great in the renderings, but I’m wondering how practical it really is in Dubai’s hot climate. Is it worth paying extra for such a feature, or is it mostly a marketing attraction? How about maintenance, cleaning, and water bills? Does it truly add resale or rental value? Anyone with experience in Imtiaz or similar balcony pool projects, please share your thoughts!
