RWA Tokenization will change investing globally, giving 24hr access to the US markets for global investors and change the way real estate is bought, sold, and held. And that's just the start of RWA tokenization. A dumb analogy- this is like NFT's gen2, but instead of owning nothing, you can own a share of a skyscraper.

Everyone is racing to market... Larry Fink, BlackRock's CEO, has highlighted that tokenization could make high-value, illiquid assets like real estate more accessible and affordable by enabling fractional, or partial, ownership. This lowers the barrier to entry for individual investors who may not be able to afford an entire property. BlackRock is actively laying the groundwork and building the ecosystem for a future where a wide range of assets, including real estate, are tokenized, but the real estate-specific tokenization efforts are in early stages of market development

BUT- Someone has just become the first. Primior Holdings (currently $GRLT- Soon to be $PRMR) just launched GAIA this morning. The first tokenized real estate investing platform- and it's creator/founder Johnney Zhang is pouring his $1+ billion real estate empire into the platform for launch. At the moment over $400,000,000 is available to invest with over $30 million already invested in the first 10 hours of launch.

Here's the great part- $GRLT is trading at $.0015 right now. This is already at a sustained gain of 10x from $.00016 upon the announcement of its GAIA platform launch on October 8th. But this is just early days. Assets now held by the company platform divided by outstanding shares would have this at $.10- NEALRY 100x potential from where is trading right now.

$13 billion invested in US real estate over the last year from one country- where the CEO of Primior holdings was born. His parents success in construction got him an education in England and real estate success in the US. Maybe a pipe dream- but imagine that kind of investment pouring into this platform. $.10 a share becomes $10.
