Menu sensitivity

Hi guys! I have been looking in all settings and I just can’t make it work. My menu sensitivity is wild, as soon I barely touch the controller right stick is jumping everywhere, here are some examples (challenge menu)assignment tab is difficult to nagivate since is using the right stick (loadout) weapon is spinning (redsec br) chopper camera is slowly spinning (mp) idle standing, aim slowly drifting. What is the right setting to adjust my controller? Or do I need a new one. I notice that this issues happening in bf6 and not other games. Please advise!!
