Bigger labia after 3 days on vaginal estrogen or am I imagining things?

I had a look down there a while ago and felt like my labia had become smaller. Now after 3 days on estriol cream they appear bigger! Is that even possible? On a different note, I feel like my urgency has already decreased. Yay! And my libido increased?! Would love to hear other people’s experiences.
