Rent

Hi Biltrewards support, I’m having an issue with the Biltrewards website/also app, not showing my rent balance after connecting resident portal. The page is stuck on:

and it never loads. There blinking loading screen.

I already tried the suggestions from the Bilt sms AI support bot:

• Waited and refreshed
• Changed web browser
• Turned of antivirus
• Confirmed my internet connection
• Tried logging in on my phone / app

The Bilt app also stuck on that message.

Has anyone experienced this or know how to fix it? Thanks!
