Hey everyone,

Whether you just joined or you’ve been wearing the green apron for a while, I just wanted to say this: you’re not alone.

This job can be equal parts meaningful and exhausting. Some days you connect with customers and feel proud of your work. Other days, it feels like no one sees the effort you put in…but trust me, your teammates notice, and so do the partners who’ve been where you are.

To new partners: It’s totally normal to feel overwhelmed at first. The rushes, the drink calls, the constant multitasking.. it takes time to build confidence. Ask questions, take your breaks, and lean on your team. You don’t have to prove yourself overnight.

To long-time partners: Thank you for holding things together, training others, and showing up even when things are tough. You’re the reason many stores run as well as they do.

And to everyone: Remember: you are more than your apron. This job doesn’t define your worth. The kindness, patience, and humor you bring each day matter more than any metric.

Let’s keep supporting each other. Share your advice, vent when you need to, and celebrate the small wins.
