Repercussions to Manatt for Vanzan

I'd love for an attorney to chime in here, but I'm really curious what the possible repercussions to Manatt, and specifically to Esra and Stephanie Katze, could be for facilitating the Vanzan subpoena.

A while back on Popcorn Planet, Andy interviewed an employment attorney who said that if he was Wayfarer's counsel, he would file a motion to disqualify Manatt as counsel. Is that still possible? (With the rumors that Lively isn't paying her legal bills, this could really hurt her).

Can Jen Abel sue Manatt? Can she file a complaint with the California and NY bars?

I'm convinced that naming Manatt specifically in the Amended Complaint was intentional, but to what effect?

Given that Lively's team has gone so hard after Bryan Freedman, I think it would be poetic justice if Lively's attorneys are the ones that will be heavily penalized when all is said and done. And quite honestly, Esra Hudson and Stephanie Katze deserve it. They were the architects of this whole sordid thing.
