Not getting full speeds

Hello everyone, I just got Bell Fibe 3.0 Gigabit (3000 megabits) installed. I did a speedtest on the modem (Giga hub 2.0) and im getting 3200 mbps up and down which is great but when i do a speedtest on my cell phone or on my xbox series S (wired connection) i get 300 mbps download and up.

Is this a profile error?
