Right-Chest pain and cough after night of doing bumps and drinking?

Had a house party last night and did like 3 bumps, I've noticed on nights where I do coke (it's infrequent, maybe quarterly at my house parties) I have a tiny cough and right chest discomfort. Anyone else get this? Should I be concerned?
