How Bad Is Polyester?

I'm new to eczema, was just diagnosed a month ago and started showing symptoms 6 months ago, but it's getting bad FAST. It started out as just a large spot on my arm for a few months, then it started spreading to a few more places, but iit still seemed under control.

Now within a month it went from a few spots to literally everywhere, including my hair where I have a bald spot about the size of a quarter. I'm trying to eliminate anything and everything that could be contributing to it, and I know polyester can be bad for eczema, but how bad exactly? Could it straight up cause it, or just make symptoms like itching worse?

Almost all my clothes are polyester, so I would need to remake my whole wardrobe if it is possibly contributing or causing it to spread so rapidly. Thanks for any input.
