Unsure about my ISB application and chances

Hi all.

I have a work experience of 2.5 years and had given gre 3 years back with a score of 323. My experience includes 1.5 years in flipkart and nearly 10 months in Urban Company. I am in operations field. Is my profile good enough to apply for ISB? Or should i take a year’s gap, build a little more, and then apply? Also considering the fact that it would be round 2 application
