Injector challenge - tips & tricks

Hi all - A Preface: I'm aware the difficulty of challenge. And possible rework (and criticisms of challenge).

The gadget is important for my overall playstyle. So I'm still willing to chase it than wait for changes.

I find injector effectively useless & I won't kamikaze for challenge - gaming should be fun. So instead I'm treating it like a 6 second window is keeping me 'sane'. Noticing I've luck on timing with passing jeep drivers.

What has been your trick to best achieve this challenge? Situations or modes you found that give best chance for the challenge?
