Possibly stupid question about sexual content

My book does fall under the genre of Romance, so there's a bit of suggested stuff early on (mostly in the characters thoughts) but none of it is explicit. Along the lines of "tried not to think of all the things that could happen in a bed" kind of thing.

I tagged the book as having sexual content as there will be some sexy stuff later on, but like one scene and maybe a bit of snogging here and there. Nothing excessively graphic, and the focus of the story is the growth of the characters within the story. While their relationship is a part of that, it's not the only thing. Anyway, I went in to edit my tags and noticed the addition of a bright yellow box stating that sexual content has to be kept to an absolute minimum.

I'm not sure if this is a warning and I have already crossed a line with the odd suggestive thought and one passionate but not graphic snogging scene, or if this is something that just shows up for everyone now? I don't want to break the rules, so I guess I just wanted clarification as to if this is something that is a problem or not.
