Brand new Helios 16 Crashing - PHN16-73

Just got my new laptop and got everything setup etc, it crashed yesterday but I didn't think much of it at the time. It's happened again tonight twice and I can't find any obvious issue.

Keyboard stops responding but will still light up, fans go max speed. I can still use mouse and play games/videos etc.

After around 10-15 seconds it will just shut off.

Has happened once just watching a YouTube video with CPU temps around 60 Degrees and once in Path of Exile at around 80-85 Degrees so I don't think its temp related?

I've updated BIOS and all drivers, deleted PredatorSense incase it was causing some overclocking issue but fault still happens.

Anything else to try before I return?
