Would I fit in?

Prospective employee

Hi!

Im winder8ng if I could score a job within epic? Trainer position or anything else.

I've had 9 years using epic as a medical assistant and the last 3.5 years as a clinical informaticist for a large organization in teaching workflows and Efficiencies to outpatient providers, MAs, RNs, and PCCs.

I've done multiple Epic Go-lives in multiple states and have done and is currently doing efficiency projects regarding epic in our clinics.

I DO NOT have a bachelor's degree in anything but I did get my Epic Accreditation in 2023 (due for renewal).

What do you think my chances are?

Also I make about 80k where I am. I dont think my position will go much more over that.
