How do you help your dogs cope with fireworks season?

Bonfire month in my area, people set them off all month long and it gets louder every year. My little girl is terrified of them, she hates the loud noises they make. I've tried calming treats, plug ins, spot on solutions and even tablets that are for problem dogs. None of it seems to work for her, not sure what else to do because my local vets are rubbish unless it's an absolute emergency.
