Current state of stalker 2?

I live under a rock, so I’m just hearing that stalker 2 is set to come to ps5 this month. I haven’t kept tabs on the game in a while, because I’d heard it was a buggy mess and a sorry sequel to the original trilogy. How is the current state of the game? I’d appreciate honest feedback, because I’d like to know if I should even be excited for November 20th, or if I should go back under my rock for another year. Thanks.
