Help

If I have a restraining order on someone that lives next door with his grandmother and the restraining order say he has to be 100 yards away from my home. Is a move out order needed or no because he is not the homeowner. Da office told me he is in violation. Im just wondering if the criminal protective order is all I need to get him arrested.
