Sentry AFI is wrecking me. Does anyone have a solution?
I'm running 5 accounts for my company, each in a different market. Since I started in March, there hasn't been a single issue. Then, last week, I was suddenly hit with the "You can't share posts now because your account activity may not follow community guidelines."
Since then, I haven't been able to post, comment, or follow on any of the 5 business accounts. If I change to my two personal accounts, everything works fine. So I know it's not my app/phone. And if I try posting from desktop, the same thing happens.
We have Meta Verified on two of the accounts. So I reached out to support. The first person told me the account was in good standing and it was just their spam detection. If I waited 24-48 hours, the block should lift. It didn't.
So I reached out on Monday and spoke to someone else. They reiterated the 24-48 hours and told me to not even log into the accounts and submit a bug report. Did that. Still didn't help.
Spoke to another rep on Wednesday who said he would escalate to the internal team. Then he came back and said the internal team said everything was fine and it was entirely on me to wait. Then closed the conversation.
It's been 10 days now. Every account standing status page says the accounts are fine and nothing is wrong. I saw other threads where people said it fell off in 24 hours. Others that it fell off in 48. Others saying 20 days.
Is there actually anything that can be done?
Also, what the hell even triggered it? We don't use any automated tools. The only thing I did that day was follow about 20 people. But I've follow 50 people in a day before and never had an issue. I also, for the first time in a while, tried editing a photo in the app rather than Canva. Was that my downfall?
Any feedback or thoughts or anecdotes would be much appreciated.
