While I love and cherish my small group of friends, I’ve realized most of our connection comes from marriage and kids. Don’t get me wrong, I can talk all day about my husband and little one but sometimes I crave conversations that go beyond that. When we step outside those topics, I start to feel like we don’t have much in common anymore.

So, this is me :) I’ll be 35 in November and I’m a proud Scorpio. Reading is my biggest passion, there’s nothing like getting completely lost in a book. Makeup and skincare are a close second (a good face mask while reading is chef’s kiss). I just finished The Exorcist for my October read and I’m starting 11/22/63 by Stephen King next.

My comfort show is The Twilight Zone (the original, obviously), and Abbott Elementary is another fave. I love anything that sparks a good discussion: books, movies, weird history, random “what if” thoughts, you name it.

My red flag? I like things before they become popular, then get irrationally annoyed when they blow up... only to like them again months later when the hype dies down.

I’m open to chatting with men or women who are also just looking for a friendship that’s beyond the usual 30-something loop of work, marriage, and kids.
