Bad parents

I f*cking hate my father, after the traumas and mental health struggles he put me through, he now says that mental illness is all hereditary and biological and that childhood traumas are nonsense, his ignorance and attempt to escape accountability for his horrible actions infuriate me, I don’t know what to do honestly, I am stuck with them at home because my mental health is crap and I can’t finish my studies and work and be independent so that I never see this family again
