Jane Doe Brought Back To Life Theory

So I watched Ride The Cyclone with some friends of mine, and they were really confused on how Jane was brought back. I couldn't really answer in that moment, but I've thought for a while, and I came up with two theories: 1.- Karnak kind of "rebooted" the day of the Cyclone Accident. I don't know. It was kind of a desperate moment when I came up with this. 2.- I don't know if someone already thought of this. Being "brought back to life" for Jane is just a way of saying "hey, now we know who this person is. We somehow found out!". I think this could be possible by DNA tests. I don't know, any opinions?
