Provider switch

I’ve been with juniper for almost 4 months and I initially started off with mounjaro but it become too expensive so I switched to wegovy 1mg and now I’m on 1.7 for £195 and that’s a lot for me now. What provider would you guys recommend? I’ve tried Medexpress but I wasn’t approved.
