Question about matching components for drumset
I am rather beginner and want to buy me a drum kit that isn't too expensive, but still something that could make me happy in the long run. I bought a used 14" Hihat with Zultan Q Series as top and Zultan Z Series as bottom and I honestly like this combination. I also like the Q Series in general (and they are not too expensive). I'd prefer a 17" crash and 21" ride from the q series, since I like the sound more than the standard 16" and 20". But I'm very unsure about what heads I want. If I'd only go for what sound I'd prefer, it would be the remo skyntones. But I worry if they might sound too silent to match with the bigger cymbals. I'd like something that sounds warm, dark, organic, maybe a bit vintage like, I like to play tribal and folk stuff. But I also like prog metal and I also worry if they might have not enough attack for metal songs, it would propably be a very uncommon choice of heads for metal. What heads would you suggest for me? Or should I rather stick to standard size cymbals? Or take an additional thin crash as second crash? Sorry if my ideas sound wild, I'm really new to this all
