Pc update, i got questions !

Hi ! I'm getting a huge update on my PC Here is what I wanna keep : Case : Corsair Carbide 275R Power supply : Corsair Vs650 Hdd/ssd

I wanna buy : Motherboard : SUS TUF GAMING B650M-PLUS GPU : ASROCK AMD RADEON RX 9070 XT DRAM: CRUCIAL PRO DDR5 64GO 6400MHz CL40 (2x32) CPU : AMD RYZEN 7 9800X3D

So questions are : Is the case large enough ? Is the power supply strong enough or i should get more power ? Are all the components compatible ? Is the CPU Cooler is gonna be enough or do I have to buy one ? (I'm pretty scared to use water cooling, is it really a must have ?) Do you have any other suggestions ?

I'm living in France, want to buy on amazon to not pay in one time, I have 1800 maximum budget. For now, with CPU/RAM/GPU/Motherboard, it's 1506€
