encrypt notes and require passwords for access

Okay, okay guys, I see that this topic has already been discussed at length in this forum, but I wanted to take a moment to give a slightly updated overview of the situation.

I work in IT and use Obsidian to save customer login details (only usernames and passwords are on the server), and I know I shouldn't do this, but I've collected years of notes.

I was wondering if there was a way (in Windows) to lock the vault or folders with passwords.

Obviously, both on the Obsidian side and on the Windows Explorer side.

I don't feel safe with just the laptop login password.
