Halloween and trick or treating isn’t dying. It’s your neighborhood.

I’ve been seeing so many posts about trunk or treating and halloween dying and that no one is trick or treating anymore but they most certainly are. It’s your neighborhood that’s the problem. If your whole street is dark, kids and parents are not going there despite porch lights being on. Get your neighbors to start volunteering as a community and see how different it will change.
