Bichectomy at 19

I naturally have a round face and chubby cheeks even though I’m really skinny. I’ve tried everything to lose facial fat and it’s driving me crazy. So I’m planning to get a buccal fat removal, but I’d like to know what risks this procedure involves besides premature aging.
