Credits for November disappeared

I noticed that last month I built a few websites, and for one of them, a style update completely messed up the design I had created. I also had to wait 15 days to receive the new credits I paid for with my annual plan, and now the system shows my next renewal date as 12/01 — even though two days ago it still showed 11/01. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
