[TOMT]Episode of Cow and Chicken and the "Dinghy"

I cannot for the life of me find this one episode of Cow and Chicken. The duo were on a boat, i swear it was a navy battleship of some sort. and the Red Guy was there too on the lower deck next to a smaller boat which he says "IM SHINING THE DINGHY" as hes rubbing the smaller ship with a brush. is also wearing a stereotypical navy uniform with coat.

dinghy being an actual type of boat, but with obvious lewd/comical intent. I swear he said either "Cleaning" or "Rubbing" the dinghy.

it's not the episode "Pirate lessons", "Crash Dive!", "Major Wedgie", or "Lost at Sea". i swear it was a cow and chicken episode not a I am Weasel episode.

helps pls, thanks
