Can a world have more than 1 trial chamber?

Im mining out a tunnel system and I managed to dodge 1 trail chamber. it looks like Ive found another about 3K blocks away from the first one.

Im playing on survival/peaceful. I really don't want to have to turn my tunnel to dodge this one. so can I mine thru this one since my world already has one?
