Herit Haus - Rebrand of negatively reviewed Marigold Design House?

Hi, we’re a Dubai-based couple who have been on the hunt for a destination wedding planning company. We noted this post for Marigold Design House and decided not to reach out to them. Recently, Instagram has been bombarding me with the posts of Herit Haus, and since I had been looking into Marigold Design House, I recognized that the content is the same as Marigold. It feels like they have rebranded in an effort to avoid the negative reviews, which feels suspicious/unethical. Anyone know more about this? Putting this out there as there are a lot of new brides like me on this subreddit who may want to be aware.
