Omg the app won't open

Is this happening to anyone else right now? I see my widget on main screen which says I've done over 18k steps. If I click on it, it won't open. Just gives me the main black screen that says Noon Vibes. Same thing happens when I open the app. Frozen on main screen. I can't collect for me and the fam! I never pressed collect when I got 15k. I have a Samsung. Does anybody have any suggestions? I've restarted the phone 5 times. Thank you! I only have 4 hours left to bank and collect. 😰
