My Mom is trying to represent herself in court

Hi all, To make a long story short my moms emotionally abusive ex is currently trying to sue her for everything she has. They both own a social media page together that generates them business and are suing each other over conduct on the page and the rights to it.

It has drained my mother of basically every emergency fund she has. Her lawyer has stopped responding to her or trying to fight claims brought on by my moms exs laywer.

So now shes told me shes going to represent herself and wont listen when I tell her it wont go well. She cant afford another lawyer rn and I feel so lost. Im so tired of seeing her suffer and I have no idea how to help.
