Received the let's be friends txt

I lost alot of time and energy being in a relationship with this person and im confused maybe heartbroken by them. Im not interested in being "friends" and don't know why I cant say No. We dated for 2 years and his mom still texts me. The last time we linked about a month ago he assumed we were back together relationship, earlier in the week, I was getting off at 5am, he calls, his connection was bad so I didnt contact him until I got to my place. He crashed out on me saying I must have better things to do and I blocked him...Being weak I unblocked him and today he says this. I thought I was healed and didnt think immaturity would be in this part of my life. Smh I'm over it
