Cross tapering from Trintellix to Flovaxmine

The FDA recently confiscated my Trintellix that I have been purchasing from CanAmerica, based in Canada, for nearly 2 years. The truth is, the drug has not been all that helpful for m multiple anxiety disorders and phobias. 30 years ago, I took Luvox successfully. Out of all the SSRI's I have been on, it was probably the most effective, and I was able to get by quite a low dose: 50 to 75 mg.. I am already feeling like utter shit from 1 week of tapering down from 10mg to 5mg of Trintellix. Would it be safe for me to start adding 25 mg of Fluvoxamine to the 5mg of Trintellix? Or, can I just stop Trintellix and switch to the Fluvoxamine without doing any kind of tapering?
