We're running the show right?

I've been working in cannabis in Maine for the last few years, a lot of the time theres a guy that does the growing and a woman behind the scenes making everything actually run smoothly. My question is, is it like that everywhere?!

Don't get me wrong, there are a ton of female run businesses but I just hate to see the ones with the chill stoner guy that has no idea how payroll works.
