Better Upgrade Option: Dell, Alienware or MSI.

I'm looking to upgrade monitors for my PC /Xbox/Work setup and need some help choosing a good monitor. I I really need text quality, as I work with spreadsheets and data entry a lot during the day, but then game in the evenings (nothing competitive, but like Balder's Gate 3 and Diablo 4). I use a KVM switch to go back and forth. I really don't want a monitor with speakers, as I have decent enough speakers as is.

Brief System Specs:

• PC: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti

• Monitors: (2) 2021 Asus VG278QR (Amazon.com: ASUS VG278QR 27” Gaming Monitor 165Hz Full HD (1920 x 1080) 0.5ms G-SYNC Eye Care DisplayPort HDMI DVI, Black : Electronics)

• Xbox Series X tied into 1 of the 3 monitors

• Work: Dell Latitude 5450

Here are the options I've been looking at:

1. The Dell S2725QS at $240 stands out for its text clarity, but seems like it's garbage for games.
