Help with Beiter Plunger Size

I'm currently using a Shibuya and looking to get a Beiter.

They come in so many sizes.

I have a gmx-3 riser and want to shoot x-10's through rx-7's. I've stared at the spec sheet and it's not making great sense.

What size should I order?
