Advice of crafting a brew using fruit loops

Bit of backstory- i have a friend group who does a good and bad secret Santa each year. There is one friend who whenever we get each other for a gift, fruit loops are incorporated into it somehow. I was thinking of making a gallonish batch of beer/wine/cereal slop as a bit of a gag gift for them but im not sure what the best way to about it. I don't care if the final product is good or not. Im thinking of basically boiling down a couple of boxes and maybe throwing in some hops towards the end as ill probably keep it fairly low IBU. Any ideas or advice on this?
