I completed adventure mode but I still don't have the new soma skin

So I recently finished the otc adventure and its keep saying I got a new weapon for soma. However, when I check the achievements page it labels it as incomplete and it doesn't show up as one of soma's skins. To make matters worse I've already assented the adventure so everything is set back to zero. I don't what to do. Can anyone help?
