Jabra Link 380 appears as output but not input

I have my Jabra plugged into a dock for my laptop. I had to disconnect the laptop yesterday, but reconnected without *apparent* issue. Today, I tried to connect to a discord call, and the computer sees the Link 380 as an output device, but *not* as an input. Any ideas what's going on and how to fix it?
